A Perkiomen Valley school bus driver has been ordered to stand trial on charges of homicide by vehicle and 46 counts of recklessly endangering another person in a crash that killed a passenger in an oncoming car. Frederick Poust III, 38, of Schwenksville, had a preliminary hearing Tuesday in Gilbertsville in the Feb. 17 crash outside the Perkiomen Valley Middle School West in Lower Frederick Township. Authorities allege that Poust was sleep-deprived, ran 10 stop signs, and had been talking on a wireless headset and listening to music on a speaker system before the crash that killed Richard Taylor, 27, of Gilbertsville. - AP
