3 die in separate road accidents All of them died on the spot. Sixty-two-year old Madhumala Begum was run over by a bus near Manikganj’s Golra bus stand at Shaturia on Friday morning, police said. Golra police outpost OC Humayun Kabir said Madhumala was crossing the road when a bus of the ‘NNB Paribahan’ hit her from behind. Meanwhile, in Sirajganj, 12-year-old Hashem Ali was run over by a truck near the Sadar Upazila’s Shialkol Bazar. Sadar police Sub-Inspector Dulal Uddin said Ali was on his bicycle when the truck hit him. Eight-year-old ‘Rahima’ was killed in Rajshahi’s Godagarhi when she was run over by a bus. Godagarhi police station OC Abu Mokammem Ali said Rahima was crossing the Rajshahi-Chapainawabganj highway on Friday noon when a bus hit her. It was not immediately clear whether police had seized the vehicles involved with the accidents.
