he Muskogee District Attorney filed assault charges against a bus driver.

Phillips is charged with assault and battery on a student. FOX23 first
told you about the incident two weeks ago, an eight-year-old boy said
Phillips grabbed him and threw him on the ground.
Muskogee Public Schools suspended the driver without pay while they investigate the allegations.
