Seven injured in Dunedin bus crash | Tampa Bay Times

Seven people were injured Monday afternoon when a public bus collided
with a van, then hit a tree. The accident happened about 2 p.m. on
Milwaukee Avenue when a van traveling in front of a Pinellas Suncoast
Transit Authority bus attempted to make a U-turn just south of Roanoke
Street, witnesses said. The bus hit the van, then veered across the road
and struck a tree on the northbound side of the street. Seven people
were transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries,
authorities said. Six were passengers from the bus, and one was from the
van. About 20 people had been riding on the bus, authorities said.
