BEND, OR -- Police were called to SE 3rd and Reed Market Wednesday after a bus hit several cars. Investigators saio a privately owned Greyhound Bus, driven by Albert Lang, 56, Bend, was northbound on 3rd Street in the right hand lane. Lang said as he approached Reed Market, the breaks failed, and he was unable to stop the bus. Five cars were hit, with one driver, Lloyd Hanna, 46, Bend, taken to St. Charles Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Four of the cars were towed from the area because of the damage sustained.
