ARARAT, Pa. (AP) ― A northeastern Pennsylvania bus driver is dead after the bus she was driving collided with one being driven by her husband.
Susquehanna County Coroner Anthony Conarton says 72-year-old Ruth Lynady was ejected from the bus she was driving in the crash Tuesday in Ararat, about 30 miles north of Scranton.
State police say William Lynady was driving the other bus at the time of the crash. Officials say he was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.
Family confirmed the relationship between the Lynadys, who are from Clarks Summit.
