CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man allegedly driving distracted as he was eyeing a woman was cited after he crashed into a CTA bus in the Northwest Side Logan Square neighborhood Sunday afternoon, police said.
The crashed happened at 3852 W. Fullerton Ave. about 6 p.m. Sunday, according to Grand Central district police.
The man told police his brakes failed, but a witness said the man, who is in his 20s, took his eyes off the road to “look at a girl” when he crashed into the CTA bus, police said.
He was cited for driving on a suspended license and was wanted on an arrest warrant, police said.
No word on reported injuries.
