INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA (BNO NEWS) -- At least one person was killed and several were injured in a shuttle-bus accident in downtown Indianapolis on Saturda, local media reported.
Indystar reported that the accident occurred about 2:00 p.m. at Delaware and South Street and involved a wedding party that was travelling on the bus.
WTHR-TV reported that one passenger died and people on the bus, including the bride and groom, suffered non-life threatening injuries and were transported to local hospitals for treatment. One person was unhurt.
Police said the bus was traveling westbound on South Street when it was struck by an SUV.
