ORLANDO, Fla. -- An Orlando woman has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident after reportedly crashing into an Orange County school bus.
The Florida Highway Patrol reports that 54-year-old Patricia Wiles lost control of her sport utility vehicle Tuesday morning and hit the ride side of a loaded bus headed to University High School. After stopping to check the damage to her vehicle, Wiles reportedly drove off. She was stopped by a deputy and brought back to the scene.
Wile was charged with careless driving, improper display of tag and leaving the scene of a crash without injuries.
